- Must include at least one character of each of the following types: Latin letters, numbers, special characters
+!@;#$%^&*~()-.. - Should not include part of the name of the mailbox itself.

Change password
Administrator
The administrator can set a new password in the "Mailboxes" section in mailbox settings.
When using this method (unless two-step authentication or app passwords are enabled):
- In the "Mailboxes" section, you will be able to log in without a password to WebMail.Online and WebMail classic.
- Users will not be able to log in to the mailbox until the administrator tells them the new password.
The method is suitable for situations where both administrators and users with a password must have access to the mailbox.
User
User can:
- Set a new password in WebMail.Online in the "Settings → Security" section.
- Change password at password reset page (the same page opens by clicking "Change password" in the WebMail.Online and WebMail classic login form).
When using this method:
- In the "Mailboxes" section, you will not be able to log in to WebMail.Online and WebMail classic without a password.
- Only those who know the new password will be able to access the mailbox.
The method is suitable for situations where only users who know the password should have access to the mailbox.
Prohibit password change
The administrator can prohibit users from changing the mailbox password themselves. To do this, enable WebMail design for the mail domain with the disabled option "Allow users to change mailbox passwords".
