10.5.3. Renew VPS on credit
Tech support cannot additionally prolong VPS.
Important points:
- Renewal on credit is available only for accounts that have paid for this VPS.
- Renewal on credit button:
- Becomes available not earlier than 5 days before the server expires.
- Becomes unavailable after 5 days from the date of server expiration.
- You can use renewal on credit only once after each payment for VPS.
Renewal on credit adds an additional 5 days to the lifetime of the VPS. These days will be deducted from the expiration date on subsequent payment. No additional costs will be incurred in doing so.
- Open the "VPS" section and click "Renew on credit":
- Confirm the operation with the button in the window that appears.
- Wait for service activation (usually 15-30 minutes).
- In the Telergam bot menu, select "Billing → Active services → VPS → select the server → Renewal on credit".
